All NRG Group sessions except for HIIT and Align and Balance are 45 minutes in duration and then stretching is done at the end of that time, all sessions cater for every level of fitness and strength, we know that not every body is the same and we often all have different restrictions, limitations or injuries, so our group sessions can be modified or even made more challenging for where you are currently at. Don’t be afraid to speak to your trainer prior to each class to discuss what you may need to change or adjust.
